Long-term project co-operation

In Tanzania and Uganda we share our knowledge through long-running programs with professionals who can support the child on his or her development. We focus on themes that cover the entire spectrum of care, diagnostics and education.

We apply the train-the-trainer method that supports a sustainable transfer of professional expertise with a commonly agreed exit strategy. Together with our partners we look for funds that can finance our projects.

How we work

Once Kentalis International embarks on a project cooperation with an organization in Tanzania or Uganda, we agree on a training plan, design a project document and search for funding. Once that is secured, the appropriate experts from Kentalis locations in the Netherlands are approached for their special knowledge on the subject in demand. These colleagues are dispatched for training, where they use their specific knowledge within the local context.
